She and her siblings spent their mom’s final days helping with daily tasks, cherishing those precious moments and memories. Realizing the gaps in support for loved ones, she was inspired to start CareDiem® Home Care.

Grishma Patel has been dedicated to healthcare for over 20 years, starting as a Nursing Tech at a hospital 27 years ago. Even though she initially pursued a degree in Criminal Justice, the loss of her mother brought her back to healthcare. Motivated by her own experiences, she became a licensed nurse and gained a wide range of experience as a staff nurse in settings like Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, and as a Pediatric Nurse in home care.
In 2013, Grishma started At Your Service HomeCare, which is now known as CareDiem® Home Care. The inspiration for CareDiem® Home Care came from Grishma’s personal experience caring for her mother, Ranjan, alongside her siblings. They realized the need for high-quality, flexible in-home care during this time, as they spent much of their time helping her with daily tasks and cherishing precious moments together.
Seeing the gaps in how loved ones were supported and the need for better in-home care led Grishma to develop the CareDiem® Home Care business and franchise model. With her business partner, Danielle Rajoo, Grishma has grown CareDiem® Home Care into a successful franchise dedicated to inspiring franchisees to provide top-notch home care. As the CEO, Grishma combines her extensive nursing experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for delivering exceptional care, guiding CareDiem® Home Care’s growth and success. Her commitment to quality care and franchisee support has made CareDiem® Home Care a leader in the home care industry.
Danielle Rajoo, co-founder and COO of CareDiem® Home Care, has spent her career working to make a difference in the healthcare industry. She graduated with a degree in biomedical sciences from the prestigious National University of Singapore and went on to hold a senior executive position in International Relations at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where she helped build strong partnerships with top medical schools in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
After moving to the US, Danielle continued to grow her expertise by earning two Master’s degrees—one in Healthcare Administration and another in Healthcare Informatics. This unique mix of skills helps her tackle healthcare challenges from both clinical and administrative perspectives, keeping CareDiem® Home Care at the cutting edge of patient-centered care in the home care industry.
