About Our Company

Since our inception in 2013, CareDiem® Home Care, formerly known as At Your Service HomeCare, has endeavored to make meaningful relationships that create long-lasting impressions. The founders [Grishma Patel and Danielle Rajoo] believe in providing thoughtful Home Care in Palatine, Illinois that makes a difference in people’s lives. With that in mind, our Mission, Vision and Pillars of C.A.R.E are incorporated into every aspect of the care we provide. With a diverse workforce, CareDiem® Home Care strives to nurture an inclusive work environment that empowers staff to achieve their best, encourages personal growth and enhances job satisfaction. Empathy

Expressing empathy towards our clients is a key factor in enhancing the client experience and encounter. We want our clients to know that they are receiving the absolute best care which is best conveyed when the care team is empathetic and compassionate.

My dream of starting CareDiem® Home Care was a result of my experience caring for my mom while she was sick. At that time, we were like most people – completely overwhelmed by the situation as we were unaware of the different in-home care services that were available to us. As such, my siblings and I took care of our mother to the best of our abilities, on our own. Although we never regretted taking on the responsibility of caring for her on our own, I can honestly say that I do regret how it deprived us (and her) of spending quality time with each other before she passed. Since we were her primary caretakers, a lot of time was taken away from laughing, singing, talking and making lasting memories while she was still with us. Even so, my siblings and I were incredibly blessed to have each other to lean on, but not everyone is so lucky. My mother, Ranjan, is the reason for me becoming a nurse and starting my very own Home Care company. I miss my mom every single day, but it is because of her that I know I am making a difference in my clients’ lives.
